Oral/Interpersonal Communication

I choose to take the Oral/Interpersonal Communication course as a program requirement in the Office Support Specialist program at MSTC.  I am hoping to learn how to communicate effectively with others in an online environment through the use of research and the exchange of ideas and thoughts in order to improve relationships.  It is important to have a good understanding of communication and how it can be effectively used in our day-to-day lives.

Written communication intrigues me the most, because it is a lot like intrapersonal communication it gives us the chance to reevaluate ourselves through proofreading and editing.  In the future I think Understanding and insight to meaningful relationships is a helpful communication topic because we can better our lives through communication.  Taking oral/interpersonal communication will help me in my customer service management, and business information management studies.  It will also help me in my personal life by providing me with tools needed to build strong healthy relationships.
